Start Date: May 16, 2016.

Assignment Length: 18 Months contract; extendable for another Two (2) years.



Project/Position Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to manage business analysis on a several projects within the Program Office working within key business stakeholder related to the Business Transformation program. This resource will support the overall business analysis efforts for the Ministry from strategy to execution of initiatives within the Business Transformation program.

Responsibilities: •Work with the various program stakeholders to document and prioritize requirements, services and functions; •Align program related processes with other Ministry and Industry processes; •Assist in the implementation of new process changes; and •Support activities within the Program Office.

Essentials Skills:

Mandatory Skills and Experience Requirements: The consultant must have demonstrated experience, skills and/or knowledge in the following: •Minimum eight (8) years of combined education and experience. •Demonstrated related experience with the capacity to manage and perform all consulting services and produce all deliverables. •Demonstrated related experience with using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative business solutions and business strategies. •Demonstrated related experience in business writing and documentation. •Demonstrated related experience conducting, facilitating requirement gathering sessions.
