Managed Initiatives

OCI has been helping clients fully resource and manage IM/IT Programs and Projects since 1998. OCI experienced engagement managers will work with client to:

      • Define program/projects objective, business case, budgets, master and detailed plans
      • Identify and define resources requirements that complement and/or augment client resources
      • Define each role hard and soft experience and skills requirements
      • Recruit needed resources and ensure they meet and exceed defined requirements
      • Define program/project governance in compliance with client PMO and corporate standards
      • Manage programs/projects through the PMLC and SDLC phases and ensure they deliver on stated objectives and goals
      • Manage project’s funding, contractual, legal, resourcing, vendors and partners and in-sourced/outsourced components while controlling and balancing cost, quality, timeline and scope
      • Develop and manage projects’ business cases, budget, requirements, buy-in, cost, risk, charters, communication, schedule, stakeholders, change, resources, deliverables, RFPs, SOW, SLAs, SLOs, proposals, contracts and vendors
      • Develop and/or manage program/projects plans, requirements, charters, issues, risks, status, communication, deliverables, documentations and contents
      • Work with client to operationalize deliverables
      • Manage and ensure benefit realization and knowledge transferee
      • Manage program/project closure
